Pontoon is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a large client of ours in Herndon, VA.  Need to work onsite in Herndon,, VA. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Responsible for  administrative work to support the recruiting compliance team- the main work will be checking documents at offer stage against what was previously reviewed to audit for accurate completion. 
Responsible for reviewing data, performing daily audits, tracking and reporting results. Work across all compliance areas to complete additional required administrative tasks as needed, to also include: reviewing, editing, and saving documents
• Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, virtual Webcam interviews, travel coordination, and escorting of on-site candidates.
• Facilitate the electronic offer letter process within our Applicant Tracking System
• Handle an extremely high volume of candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations.
• Assists Recruiters with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs. 
• Maintains applicant file system. 
• Perform administrative tasks and participate in special projects as needed for assigned recruiting team 


Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• US Citizen
•  2-4 years of recruiting coordinator or administrative experience   
• Strong business acumen; knows or ability to learn government contracting and the business accounts 
Provide administrative support to perform tasks for recruiting compliance functions.   
• Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders   
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage work time efficiently   
• Ability to work independently 
• Self-confidence, self-starter with a sense of urgency 
• Strong attention to detail is required   
• Strong oral and written communication skills   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access   
• Excellent calendar management skills
