Pontoon Solutions have a number of on-going temporary positions available within our recruitment administrative teams, based at our shared service centre in Keele.

Summary:

To deliver a quality recruitment administration and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle of the Candidate and ensure agreed business processes are maintained and promoted and SLA's and KPI's met.

  • Business hours are Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm
  • Choice of 3 start times available – 8am, 8:30am or 9am
  • 40 hour working week.
  • £8.00 per hour
  • Flexible working and relaxed environment/dress code
  • Full training provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Maintaining data & accuracy in our client ATS systems
  • Providing excellent first line customer service to candidates, colleagues and clients through calls and emails.
  • Provide practical support to other team members and provide cover when required within the department.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to the agreed client requirements and in line with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Assist the Team Leader in the compilation of management information by providing accurate and up to date information when requested.
  • Create and develop effective working relationships with key internal and external customers including the participation in monthly review meetings with the On-site Teams

Key Skills Required:

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong admin skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills
  • Must be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Customer service experience would be advantageous, but not required
