Global Head of Talent Acquisition - Direct Hire/ Colleague

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will have an amazing opportunity to lead our Global internal recruitment organization of 10 – 12 people while building tech savvy talent acquisition strategies incorporating the latest tools to attract talent worldwide. You will be responsible for creating and deploying strategies to strengthen the organization's capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs with a focus on establishing talent acquisition programs that positively strengthen the organization's capabilities in attracting, assessing, selecting and on- boarding the right talent in the right place at the right time.

You will actively handle relationships to ensure internal and client satisfaction as well as excellent candidate experience through evaluating the current use of talent acquisition processes and tools; analyze metrics and qualitative data to assess performance and compliance.

You will work closely with business leaders and HR to gather input and continuously educate on the process, roles and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to improve the talent acquisition model's global effectiveness and sustainability. 


  • Build an extraordinary recruiting team – encouraging direct reports as well as key partners to contribute to recruiting success.
  • Develop and lead staffing systems, metrics and processes which will be rolled out worldwide while personally leading all executive staffing / hiring for the company.
  • Grow and lead turn-key staffing and sourcing processes to deliver extraordinary diverse talent to meet all functional resource plans.
  • Direct leadership of global talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and lead the global staffing & recruiting budget and oversee spend associated with and management of external recruiting resources, relationships and vendor contracts.
  • Lead the global executive recruitment budget.
  • Work closely with the HR team to implement and improve staffing systems, tools and on boarding processes, ensuring maximum automation and process efficiency and positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee with hiring managers and human resources business partners to ensure development and timely posting of quality/compliant position descriptions.
  • Partner closely with the key members of HR, to influence the evaluation of internal talent to ensure appropriate talent assessment to address interpersonal skill gaps.
  • Actively participate as a HR Leadership Team member and drive a consistent positive candidate experience and quality of hire approach to staffing
  • Develop, implement, and communicate metrics to track progress of hiring
  • Maintain current staffing and recruiting knowledge including but not limited to systems, tools, resources, events, and market and industry trends; share knowledge with managers ensuring that the company is on the leading edge of sourcing/identifying and hiring top quality talent.
  • Perform all activities in a safe, compliant and responsible manner and support Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
  • Develop and lead outreach programs at the University level such as internships, apprenticeships and co-ops


  • Bachelors’ Degree in related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated dynamic Human Resources/talent acquisition leadership experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliant staffing processes for a multinational company.
  • Proven sustained success delivering in-house staffing/ recruiting in a complex and geographically spread organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in a position with significant interaction with executive level leadership; proven ability to lead and influence at high levels within the organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliant staffing processes for a multinational company.


  • Strong analytical and systems skills; familiarity with staffing systems and online/web-based search engines and staffing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
