RPO Global Product Specialist

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Global Head of Product you will be responsible for supporting the global organization in creating and delivering MSP or RPO products and offerings throughout the business in alignment with our market segmentation strategy. Global Product Specialists need strong knowledge of their specific market along with experience of product development, project management or business transformation skills. The successful individuals will also work closely with the Adecco business to create and develop relevant offerings for requisite markets. As such, you must have the ability to articulate complex issues simply across all levels organization.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support with design and delivery Target Operating Model (TOM) documents to support countries and segments with MSP or RPO offerings
  • Identify and document key practices within the portfolio and seek to take case studies to new markets for broader roll out
  • Develop clear and compelling roadmaps and priorities for each product, and support with proposed strategies with detailed business case analysis for new products and product extensions
  • Provide cross-functional engagement – work directly with market segment leaders to select the appropriate processes, tools, and locations for manufacturing of each product line under development.
  • Will facilitate and host the Product Reviews with all interested parties ensuring collection of case study examples and lessons learned
  • Lifecycle management to ensure that any ongoing value of the product is maximized both in terms of its evolutionary improvement and its sustainability
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Involvement and ownership of regular communication activities to ensure long term buy-in across multiple countries
  • Facilitate and host the Product Reviews with all interested parties ensuring collection of case study examples and lessons learned
  • Support with designing collaboration events (industry, cross-industry, etc.), learning sessions (design thinking workshops, agile workshops, etc.)
  • Help establish key metrics for product performance, with responsbility for communicating product performance and product capability metrics to stakeholders
  • Identify common issues or achievements and determine a course of action to address
  • Have flexibility on working location – role entails dedicated time spent within the Pontoon and Adecco Group Countries working with regional teams to deploy the roadmap
  • Ability to travel as required for this role

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Role level (director, manager, specialist) to be determined based on candidate qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years profession work experience; proven track record and experience in MSP and/or RPO is essential
  • Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid project/change management/business transformation skills (ie: development and successful implementation of complex or international projects)
  • Business planning experience (ie: business case presentations with financials; go to market strategies for a new offering)
  • Training/ workshop lead experience
  • Independent thinker and executor
  • Proactive in defining and implementing solutions to problems
  • International experience with a global organization
  • Fluent English is a requirement; an additional European language is a plus

  • Ability to apply manage principles (including schedule, scope, communications, risk, and quality) and to facilitate meetings/workshops
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business information, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization
  • Ideally experienced in collaborating with teams across multiple regions
  • For the MSP role, you will have has experience with VMS technology and also with management of SOW as well as auxiliary tools like FMS
  • For the RPO role, knowledge of CRM, ATS and ancillary HR Tech and reporting would be a plus.
