Pontoon Solutions is looking for a talented, customer focused Sr. Technical Sourcer with a hunter mentality and a passion for delighting both their clients and candidates. You will work with a close-knit, high performing recruiting team supporting our C4ISR group in our Electronic Systems sector. This position focuses on driving candidate generation strategies in an effort to engage passive Software and Systems Engineer candidates. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new sourcing team supporting our Talent Acquisition teammates and making an impact on the business by recruiting for innovative technical talent. Successful Technical Sourcers on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks and prioritizing to hit customer needs coupled with their relentless desire and ability to locate and attract the “purple squirrels”. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Skills Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, Social Sciences or related discipline or equivalent experience plus twelve (12) or more years related experience. QUALIFICATIONS: 12 years of corporate and/or agency experience. Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions. Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.) Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow. Relentless “hunter” mentality MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook
Skills Preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience hiring in aerospace or defense. Excellent relationship builder, networker, and communication skills. Skilled at partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing plans and assessment metrics with the ability to manage customer expectations Focus on results, ability to drive the sourcing process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and internal customers. Experience sourcing software, systems, and/or hardware engineers. Resourceful research oriented with the ability to work in any environment and learn new technologies and skills quickly.
