Perform a variety of complex and routine administrative tasks and work with little or no supervision, in compliance with written and oral guidance and policies.
Maintain responsibility for regularly coordinating the senior executive's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and teleconferences,
Prepare timely and accurate expense reports, briefings, and correspondence, serve as the final line of review of documents prior to submission to the senior executive,
Constant attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
-8+ years of experience with working in a computer environment, including working with the Internet, e-mail, Web-based operations, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level required
-Expert level proficiency with Excel including pivot tables, macros, v-lookup
-Expert level proficiency with MS PowerPoint including experience creating and editing polished presentation decks for senior executive audiences
-8+ years of experience in working with senior executive clients
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and MSFT 2010 and Windows 365 Product Suite, including all functions
-Ability to manage multiple complex calendars with multiple constraints and to form strong working relationships with staff, clients, and the assistants of other leaders across the firm
--Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
--Experience with supporting a senior leader, including VP, SVP, or Deputy Director level position
-Knowledge of the DoD environment and how to operate and support staff within federal contractor roles, including how to operate in and around policies or procedures of the DoD
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks and demands
-Ability to anticipate requirements, perform proactively, and prioritize work without oversight
-Ability to plan complex meeting agendas and plan and prepare the appropriate logistics to support the meetings
-Ability to interact with executives, senior leaders, and other executive assistants from the client community, other industry partners, and within the firm
-Ability to creatively solve a wide variety of problems and develop appropriate responses to a wide variety of unique challenges and opportunities
--Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
