This is a full life-cycle recruiting role in addition to some campus recruitment support.
This position will conduct intake meetings with managers to understand their hiring needs and guide them in developing their requisition requirements.
The recruiter will be responsible for managing the requisition process to include sourcing of candidates from the ATS, National Events and other external sources.
This position will assist in planning, scheduling and executing large on-site interviewing days and driving immediate hiring decisions.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the college and intern requisition process
• Source and screen qualified candidates to requisitions; special emphasis on diversity
• Ensure compliance with the enterprise university recruiting process, company policies and procedures. Make sure status updates are input in a timely fashion and accurately.
• Follows-up with hiring managers on weekly basis to report progress, challenges, changes to strategy
• Takes ownership of candidate experience from cradle to grave
• Establishes compensation based on matrix
• Partners with recruiting coordinator/onboarding specialist to manage offer, start date, and confirms onboarding
• Works with background screening team to ensure timely start date
• Monitoring recruiting metrics to ensure data integrity
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years working in an ATS. Workday ATS experience preferred.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience • Knowledge of applicable EEO regulations • Proven ability to pay attention to detail Desired Qualifications:
• 2+ years of college and intern recruiting experience
• Campus event planning and recruiting experience
• Filling 150-200 college/intern positions in an academic season
• Sourcing experience • On-site interview event planning and execution
• Hiring for technical talent (e.g. engineering, IT, Software, etc.)
• Recruiting experience for government contracting positions and OFCCP requirements
