SUMMARY


The role is part of the Global RPO solution provided by Pontoon Solutions for Ericsson. This position would suit someone who already has some experience in recruitment or Employer Brand looking to develop a career as a specialist in this area. The role is part of a large international recruitment team working on-site at Ericsson. It will play a key role in driving initiatives in Employer Brand, Diversity and University Relations to support a high volume of international recruitment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to interpret and implement the global Employer Brand strategy applying local EB considerations and local market data
  • Supporting Ericsson and Pontoon colleagues to organise and communicate strategic initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage Ericsson’s employer brand to support our candidate attraction strategy
  • Create, curate and share content on Career Site, LinkedIn and social media. As well as champion this communication amongst colleagues and the wider Ericsson community
  • Identify and coordinate recruitment/branding events in the UK and abroad
  • Work with colleagues to maximise the success of our student ambassador programmes
  • Delivering key Diversity & Inclusion in collaboration with local D&I influencers, internal/external communications
  • Supporting promotion and coordination of D&I initiatives and Ericsson competitions (e.g. Girls Who Innovate and the Ericsson Innovation Awards)
  • Drive and support communication internationally around the Employee Referral Programme
  • Act as University Relations Lead to implement local strategy and engagement
  • Coordinate and support gender hiring strategy execution


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience managing University/graduate recruitment from within an internal or RPO talent acquisition function
  • Experience working with corporate social media or at least able to demonstrate an awareness on how to leverage on this to drive Employer Brand
  • Excellent project management, presentation and consulting skills
