JOB SUMMARY:

The MSP Delivery Team is responsible for managing the bank’s contract staff population in APAC and for the full contractor recruitment cycle. This role will provide the team with coordination and administrative support across the region, as well as project support for the program manager.  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders (client, suppliers, MSP team)
  • Assistance with interview arrangements and coordination
  • Maintaining and keeping VMS tool (Fieldglass) up to date including:
    • Extensions adhering to Bank policy requirements
    • Rate and/or role changes, 
    • Cost centre, manager, location and name changes         
    • Resolve account suspension and access issues
  • Assist with worker onboarding activities including:
    • Start date confirmations, equipment/badge/access details
    • Compliance documentation
    • Hiring manager and supplier communications
  • Support with ongoing and periodic MSP Projects including:
    • Pay rate validation reviews
    • Bank internal audit projects
    • Supplier management and performance tracking
    • Diversity & Inclusion review
    • Rate Card Review
  • Production of ad-hoc and weekly / monthly / quarterly reports for MSP team
  • Escalation of any issues to MSP team and bank stakeholders
  • Understand recruitment best practices and country employment laws
  • Understand Bank policies and guidelines, and educate stakeholders
  • Constantly strive to ‘add value’ and collaborate with team for improved service /solutions delivery
  • Participate in SOP updates and team training/cross-training initiatives
  • Support regional team during vacation and busy periods
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • University Degree preferred
  • Experience in an HR or recruitment environment within a matrix organization 
  • Strong customer service skills to include oral communication, problem solving, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Experience using web-based systems
  • Experience of working in an administrative / business support role
  • Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload
  • English language skills essential
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and email
  • Data entry skills, strong analytical, organizational skills and the ability to work under time constraint
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude
