Pontoon Solutions (Adecco Group RPO solution provider) has partnered with Ericsson on-site to provide end-to-end recruitment services for permanent and contract recruitment. As a result of this news, our talent acquisition team is now looking for on-site recruitment advisor to work with an experienced team to provide recruitment consulting services across China.

Where do I fit? 


The talent acquisition team are the subject matter experts for the business across their designated regions and will be the ‘go-to’ consultant for all end-to-end recruitment requirements. Responsible for relationships at all levels, this brings the true meaning to being a consultant. You will strategically work with management to forecast, talent map, direct source, formulate a go-to market strategies and meet deadlines for critical upcoming projects. Building strong relationships and being a strategic thinker is the key to a successful advisor/consultant.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Source and screen candidates, and present strong, qualified candidates to hiring managers within such areas as sales, marketing and operations
  • Build business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships
  • Interview candidates and apply Ericsson selection criteria and use of behavioural interview techniques
  • Make hiring recommendations and create and present competitive and accurate offer recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manage offer negotiations to all internal and external candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and initiate background checking process
  • Maintain accurate internal and external candidate data in staffing systems, utilizing and adhering to all global systems and process at all times throughout all stages of the process
  • Follow and consistently meet or exceed KPI's and measurable, ensuring all potential failures are escalated appropriately in a timely manner
  • Manage to agreed service level agreement (SLA) throughout process with all stakeholders
  • Partner effectively with Human Resources (HR) partners to manage client relationships 
  • Understand local legal situation with regards contracts, visa/ work permits, discrimination laws etc.
  • Participate in recruitment related projects 
  • Identify areas for improvement and working with stakeholders to resolve and issues during the hiring process

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Relevant recruitment training or tertiary qualification (ideal but not essential)
  • 3-5 years experience as Recruitment Consultant with experience in hiring for ICT/Telecommunication or technical roles 
  • End to end recruitment experience required 
  • Previous experience in campus recruitment (ideal but not essential)
  • Understanding of working for a complex global organization 
  • Strong networking and client relationship management capability 

This position will be onsite at Ericsson Beijing.
