Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 6 months Contract

Responsible for efficiently and effectively completing all talent acquisition administration processes for new hires and internal moves.



  • Support recruiters administratively on Job Requisitions


  • Interviews scheduling


  • Generate Letter of Offer/Employment Contract
  • Revise Letter of Offer/Employment Contract
  • Facilitate sign off of Letter of Offer by Bank/Employment Contract
  • Deliver Letter of Offer / offer package to Candidate
  • Facilitate sign off of Letter of Offer by Candidate
  • Liaise with Line Manager / Recruiter for amendments to signed LO
  • Prepare addendum/revised LO for LO changes
  • Trigger Vendor to begin work permit application/transfer
  • Monitor work permit application status
  • Create Employee Hiring Forms
  • Track contract return dates


  • Coordinate completion of pre-employment background screening
  • Complete all pre-employment minimum standards i.e. collating all hiring and pre-employment documents, issuing welcome packs, ensuring timely Band ID creation, confirming start dates, etc
  • P-File Maintenance
  • File Documents into P-File
  • Courier P-File for storage


  • Initiate onboarding activities with Onboarding team
  • Work closely with Onboarding team to ensure onboarding activities are completed properly and in a timely manner

Relationship Management

  • Manage general queries from candidates, vendors and team members
  • Support team members in managing workload
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition Coordinators in the country, region and network to share knowledge, expertise and resolve issues
  • Escalate any issues and risks, as appropriate sot that they can be appropriately tracked and managed.

Perform any other talent acquisition related admin duties, as required


  • Track record of working successfully within an administrative environment, preferably within Talent Acquisition / HR (in-house or search firm / consultancy)
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track record of working successfully in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritising, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines
  • Able to deal with a high volume of work, remaining positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Flexible and customer focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (sound grammar and attention to detail in written communication)
  • A strong ability and desire to work as and be part of a team
  • Able to think laterally / solve problems
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Knowledge of / exposure to relevant employment legislation (e.g. data protection)
  • Knowledge of HR databases (e.g. PeopleSoft)
