- Pontoon needs a person just like you who enjoys taking on administrative tasks and running with them. Someone who is quick thinking, detail oriented and appreciates keeping matters in order. You will be a collaborator who can approach tasks with a sense of urgency not only to support your team members but the customer as well.
- You’re the “right hand” of our recruiting and human resources teams, providing administrative support on items such as: initiating requisitions, facilitating approvals, scheduling candidate interviews, and administering candidate assessments and pre-screens.
- Data entry must also be tops on your list as you’ll be responsible for entering and tracking candidate data and running reports.
- Once we have the candidate identified you will also administer pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to: coordinating forms, applications, offer letters and expense reports, drug testing, background and reference checks, and security clearance validation.
